Аргумент от найма руководителей: у них ищут суждение и опыт — то есть тысячи неописуемых впечатлений, которые человек принесёт в решение. Читать таблицу может кто угодно.

Ключевой приём — словарь. В 37signals спрашивают не «что ты знаешь» и не «докажи», а:
