e) In the "Subject" section put either "Orlando Seminar" or "Los Angeles Seminar"

f) In the "Note" section, please list the other person coming to the seminar with you (if there is another person, of course)

g) In the "Shipping Information" section, please put your name, address, phone numbers, and email address so Theresa can get the seminar details to you

h) Finally, send an email to [email protected] and let her know you've made the PayPal payment

2) If you want to pay with a credit card but not use PayPal:

a) Your name exactly as it appears on your credit card

b) Credit card number (we can accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

c) Credit card expiration date

d) Security code (Visa and MasterCard has 3-digits on the back of the card in the signature panel); (American Express has 4-digits on the front of the card above the credit card number)

e) The BILLING address of your credit card (the address you receive the bills)
