What makes a good day at work

a list. I I just don't I've never been that way. So anyway, that's just how I've always done it. And uh I found that that's enough. I think that there's this sense that things need to be more structured than they are and that if you're not structured then you're not doing it right or if you're not uh laying everything out then you're irresponsible or you're lazy. I don't I don't subscribe to any of those things. As long as the work gets done well um and you can sort of hold what you need to hold in your head. I can write something down if I don't want to forget it. But that's more like in the moment rather than writing it down ahead of time because I need to do it. Yeah. But but there there must be days where you feel good about the day and there are days where you feel bad about the day. What's the ingredients about those? For

me, um a day is good when there's creativity involved essentially when I get to create something, make something, come up with a better way of doing something, tighten something up, slim something down. Um that kind of stuff. Uh what I don't like is paperwork or or stuff that doesn't feel like I'm actually getting anywhere. So, I I want to feel like I'm getting somewhere. I want to feel like um uh progress has been made and I can look back at the work and be proud of it versus like, you know, if there's a pile of papers on my desk, this is sort of a metaphor. I don't really work with paper very often, but if there's a pile of stuff and I just like get through the pile, that's not really something that I'm I'm an excited I'm excited about, but but it's also work that has to get done.
