How to make decisions without chasing competitors

that. Um, all I can tell you is stop thinking about competition in your competitors. Like this this idea that people are worried that if this other company has it, we don't have it. We're we're not going to get the customer. It's never one thing. It's not that way. That's not how actually people think about things. When you buy things, that's not how you think about things either. Um, you cannot worry about the competition. They're going to do what they're going to do. And maybe they're worrying about you. Like everyone's worrying about everyone else. Just worry about yourself. Worry about your customers. The C the right C word is the customer word, not the competitor word. Build what you think needs to exist in the world, not what they're building. If you're just building what they're building, you don't need to exist. There's no reason for you to be here. You build something that you think is better, that works really well, that

handles the situations you think are important, and it does it in the right way, and that's all you should be worried about. Stop thinking about everybody else. Um, that's the best advice I could give you around that like FOMO thing. Like they're going to do what they're going to do. You got to do what you're going to do. Um, and so ultimately we are we are actually like we we are hurried in a sense in that we we want to get things out into the market. We don't want to take forever to do things. But that's an internal pressure versus an external pressure. I don't think you should be driven by external pressures because you cannot control those things. They're going to drive you in a lot of different directions. And what's very interesting is most companies go out of business, right? Anyway. So why are you chasing all these companies that are probably going to go out of business anyway? Like what is it about what they're doing

that's so much better than what you're doing that you need to do what they're doing? It just doesn't make any sense and I wouldn't I wouldn't pay much attention to it. Yeah.
