> «You watch a squirrel run across a field. It knows where it wants to go, roughly, and it runs, and it scurries, and it stops and it looks around… It doesn't need to get exactly where it wants to go. It knows roughly where it's headed, and then it course-corrects.» — Founders, [0:39:34](https://youtu.be/BdDCtMA1gSw?t=2374)

> «I've always been mystified by people who think they can figure out the next three years today, but they're afraid of figuring out tomorrow, tomorrow.» — Founders, [0:38:46](https://youtu.be/BdDCtMA1gSw?t=2326)

> «I don't plan long-term because I want to do what I think, not what I thought.»

> «People end up doing things they don't want to do because they said they were going to do them. Obligations in the future, I think, are quite dangerous.» — Lenny, [1:04:45](https://youtu.be/dAnF0tk0di8?t=3885)

> «A day is a good small unit. A simple decision is a good small unit. And the good thing about that is, if you screw up, it's not a big deal. If tomorrow sucks… it's behind you in 24 hours.» — Founders, [0:45:05](https://youtu.be/BdDCtMA1gSw?t=2705)

> «Not one great year, one great plan, but enough good little things… Small units, bricks, build that way.»

> «What's the worst that can happen? You got to be at peace with the worst that can happen.» — Lenny, [1:14:49](https://youtu.be/dAnF0tk0di8?t=4489)

И — важная оговорка — «I wouldn't suggest someone does this if they can't afford to do it».

> «What if this just changes the whole damn landscape, and SaaS is just dead in three years? Our answer is, "Well, we had a great run."» — Founders, [1:45:55](https://youtu.be/BdDCtMA1gSw?t=6355)

> «We don't say, "If this gets 20,000 users, then it's a success." I don't know. We don't care. We're making it anyway, and we're going to see what's going to happen.» — Lenny, [1:06:16](https://youtu.be/dAnF0tk0di8?t=3976)

> «Most of the things you worry about never happened anyway.» Lenny, [1:44:35](https://youtu.be/dAnF0tk0di8?t=6275)

> «Worry less.»
